At Giftenary, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Returns
We only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, design, or appearance that may occur due to photography, lighting, or handcrafted nature of products.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Any claim raised without the required proof.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide an unedited unboxing video as proof.
The unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening.
- Capture the complete unboxing process from start to finish in a single continuous recording.
- Clearly display the damaged product or incorrect item received.
- Be unedited and uncut.
- Be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Any claim submitted without an unboxing video, with an edited video, or after the 24-hour claim period will not be considered.
Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number.
- Unedited unboxing video.
- Clear photographs of the issue (if requested).
- Brief description of the problem.
All claims are subject to verification by our team.
Refund Process
Once your claim has been approved and the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
