Order Processing & Dispatch

Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Where applicable, updates may also be shared via your registered mobile number or WhatsApp.

All orders are carefully processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We take great care to ensure that every order is packaged securely before it is handed over to our logistics partners.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on the destination, local courier operations, and other external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders of ₹699 and above.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged on orders below ₹699.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared to your registered phone number or email address.

Using the tracking information provided, you will be able to monitor the status and progress of your shipment throughout the delivery process.
